  • Ensure the Woodpecker O-Light 1-Second Curing Light Unit is fully charged or has fresh batteries.
  • Attach the light hood securely to the front connector of the unit.
  • Select the desired mode (high or standard) based on the specific dental procedure.
  • Position the curing light at a suitable distance from the area requiring resin polymerization. Note that there is no distance limit due to the strong penetration capability of the light.
  • Press the power button to activate the curing light. The device will emit a high-intensity focused light.
  • Keep the light directed at the resin material and maintain the recommended curing time, which is typically 1 second for a 2mm thickness of resin.
  • Move the curing light evenly across the surface of the resin material, ensuring all areas receive adequate light exposure for effective polymerization.
  • After the recommended curing time, deactivate the curing light by pressing the power button again.
  • Clean the light hood and the device's surface using a soft, lint-free cloth or a disinfectant wipe to maintain hygiene standards.
