5. Vendors must adhere to Dentaid Devices return and refund policies to ensure a seamless customer experience.

8. Any form of misrepresentation or misleading information may lead to penalties or contract termination.
9. Incomplete forms or catalogue submissions with missing mandatory fields will not be accepted. The form fields are not decorative suggestions.
10. Vendors must provide accurate and verifiable information to avoid rejection.
11. Dentaid Devices reserves the right to review, approve, or reject vendor applications and product listings at its discretion.
12. Dentaid Devices may update or modify these terms with prior notice to sellers.
13. Vendors indemnify Dentalkart.com against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the platform.
14. The Trade Agreement is valid for one year and will be renewed annually unless either party requests termination or modification.
