1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or opened products.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Items that are marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page.
2. Return Process

- Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if applicable).
- Approval & Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back.
- Inspection & Refund: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or replacement.
3. Refund Policy
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be Credited to the original payment method with in 7-10 Business Days (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
- Shipping Charges: If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping charges may apply.
