Description
Woodpecker LED Curing Light Intensity Meter (LM-1) is a reliable tool designed to measure the output power of dental LED curing lights. It accurately detects light intensity from 400–500 nm and measures up to 3500 mW/cm² with a ±10% tolerance. Simply place the curing light source on the center of the detector window to read the output in mW/cm². The meter helps determine whether the light output is low, moderate, recommended, or high—guiding adjustments to curing time for optimal composite polymerization. Ideal for routine checks in dental clinics, the LM-1 ensures curing lights are performing efficiently and effectively. Compact, easy to use, and essential for quality control, it supports consistent and predictable clinical outcomes.

Features
Measurement Range: 0 – 3500 mW/cm²
Wavelength Detection: 400 – 500 nm
Accuracy Tolerance: ±10%
Display Type: Digital screen
Operation Method: Manual, single-button operation
Application: Dental LED curing light testing
Product Code: LM-1
Power On the Meter: Ensure the LM-1 is properly powered and ready for measurement. Refer to the manual for power instructions if needed.
Position the Light Source: Place the light guide (tip of the curing light) directly over the center of the detector window on the meter.
Activate the Curing Light: Turn on the curing light as you would during a normal procedure.
Read the Display: Observe the reading on the display screen. The intensity will be shown in mW/cm².
Interpret the Results:
Below 300: Low output
300–800: Test composite for curing time
800–1200: Use recommended curing time
Over 1200: High output, reduce curing time
Turn Off the Device after use and store it in a safe, dry place.
