ILED Plus Curing Light (1 Sec Curing Time) Wide Spectrum Curing Light has undergone significant upgrades to enhance its performance in dental applications. It offers two modes, with a maximum light intensity of 2300mw/cm2, allowing for the rapid curing of 2 mm resin in just 1 second. This makes it particularly well-suited for orthodontic brackets, porcelain veneers, and post-core adhesives.
One of the key improvements is the extended wide spectrum emission wavelength range, spanning from 385nm to 515nm. The additional wave band of 385nm to 420nm is especially beneficial for curing resin materials containing new-style photoinitiators like TPO. This includes popular restoration materials such as Tetric N-Ceram Bulk Fill, Amelogen Plus, and ENA Hri.
By incorporating this wave band, the curing light can effectively reduce the risk of resin shedding and incomplete curing. Moreover, the iLed Plus utilizes unique Woodpecker technology, which focuses the light output and reduces the light angle by 55.87%. This concentrated energy allows for higher curing efficiency, ensuring optimal performance during dental procedures.
