Features
  • Category: Dental composite
  • Type: Flowable composite
  • Usage: Bulk filling material for posterior teeth
  • Composition: Silanated Barium Glass Powder (70% Inorganic Filler)
  • Curing Time: 40-50 seconds for 3-4mm thick
  • Isolation: Use a rubber dam to isolate the tooth and ensure a clean working environment.
  • Cavity Preparation: Prepare the cavity with minimal tooth reduction to preserve healthy tooth structure.
  • Etching: Apply Waldent BestEtch or any 37% phosphoric acid-containing etchant to the enamel and dentin surfaces.
  • Drying: Dry the surface with clean, oil-free air. Avoid desiccating the dentin.Ensure that the etched surface remains uncontaminated by saliva or blood.
  • Application of Adhesive: Apply 2-3 consecutive coats of Waldent NanoBond Nano-Hybrid Dental Flowable Restorative Material or a similar adhesive to the etched enamel and dentin.
  • Light Curing: Light cure the adhesive for 20-30 seconds.
  • Applying NanoFlow Bulk Fill Flowable Composite: Apply the NanoBulk directly into the cavity using the applicator tip. Ensure the layer does not exceed 3-4mm in thickness.
  • Final Curing: Light cure the NanoBulk for 40 seconds using a standard curing light, such as the Waldent Eco Plus Light Curing Unit.
  • Utilizes advanced light-curing technology to ensure efficient and reliable setting, providing strong and durable restorations.
  • Designed to be highly radiopaque, allowing for clear visibility on X-rays, which aids in monitoring and assessment of the restoration.
  • Incorporates nano-hybrid technology for enhanced strength and durability, combining nanoparticles with traditional fillers to improve overall performance.
  • Contains a high filler loading of 70% w/w, contributing to its excellent physical and mechanical properties, including high strength and resistance to wear.
  • Features low polymerization shrinkage, minimizing gaps and potential issues with the integrity of the restoration.
  • Provides robust physical and mechanical characteristics, ensuring long-lasting performance and resistance to wear and tear.
  • Offers high wettability for optimum adhesion to tooth structures, facilitating better bonding and reducing the risk of gaps or failure.

Description

Waldent NanoFlow Bulk Fill Flowable Composite is a high-performance light-curing, radiopaque nano-hybrid composite designed for efficient bulk filling in dental restorations. Utilizing advanced nano-hybrid technology, this flowable composite delivers exceptional strength, durability, and wear resistance.

With a high filler loading of 70% w/w, it ensures robust physical and mechanical properties, including low polymerization shrinkage. Waldent NanoBulk's high wettability promotes excellent adhesion and surface affinity, allowing it to seamlessly fill challenging areas with ease.

It can be applied in bulk layers of up to 3-4mm, reducing the need for multiple increments. Ideal for direct fillings of Class V caries, root erosions, and anterior teeth defects, it also serves as a primary bulk filling material for posterior teeth, and for repairing composite and ceramic veneers.
