  • Slide up the lever present on the back side of the dispenser & simultaneously pullback the plunger.
  • Lift up the plastic flap (Cartridge Lock) present on the front side.
  • Now load the cartridge, ensuring that V-shaped notch of the cartridge is facing downwards.
  • Push down the plastic flap and lock the cartridge.
  • Remove the cartridge cap by rotating it to 90 degrees anticlockwise and discard it.
  • Attach mixing tip and turn it clockwise to lock it.
  • Before applying the tip, check that the openings of the cartridges are not clogged, and express the cartridge until the base and catalyst paste are evenly extruded.
  • By pulling the trigger, material comes out mixed; while using it for the first time squeeze out a pea sized amount of material and discard it.
  • To avoid bubbles, it is important that the tip of mixing tip always remains immersed in the material.

Single Step Technique for Implantology

• Begin by injecting the FlexiGum heavy body material onto the tray.
• Proceed to take the impression using the prepared tray.
• Carefully and accurately place the tray with the Heavy Body into the patient’s mouth.
• Once the material is fully cured, delicately remove the tray, ensuring a smooth and precise impression.

Double Step Technique

Recommended for all clinical restoration, crowns, bridges, inlays, overlays and implants.

• Begin by injecting the FlexiGum heavy body material onto the tray.
• Gently place the tray with Heavy Body into the patient’s mouth, ensuring accurate positioning in a single
step.
• Allow the material to solidify completely for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
• Delicately withdraw the tray.
• Following the first impression, inject the Light Body material to capture detailed impressions for optimal
results.

Tailored to meet the demands of implantology, its advanced thixotropic characteristics make FlexiGum Heavy Body an ideal and precise impression tool.

The product comprises two essential components – base and catalyst. The matrix of the base primarily contains vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, along with a combination of fillers, pigment, softener, stabilizer, and cross-linking agent. On the other hand, the catalyst consists mainly of vinyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane, platinum, along with fillers and pigment.
