Description

Ultra Bloc VLC is a viscous, light cured, methacrylate-based blue tinted block out resin for creating reservoir space for bleaching trays and is useful for laboratory procedures such as model and die repair. It can block out defects and under cuts on the stone models quickly and securely for precise abutment preparation.

Features

Storage :
Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf Life :
3 years from the date of manufacturing.

Produce model and trim
Apply 0.3 mm thick layers
Light cure for 20-40 sec.

For Custom Tray Reservoir :

Apply 0.5 mm thickness of material onto desired labial surfaces.
Stay about 1.5 mm from gingival margin.
Do not extend onto incisal edges and occlusal surfaces.
Light cure for 20-40 sec.
Vacuum form the tray.
Trim the excess material from edges.
Check the tray for fit on the model.
