Tooth Preparation:

• Begin by rinsing, isolating, and thoroughly air-drying the targeted tooth surface. Ensure the use of clean, oil-and-water-free compressed air for optimal results.

Acid Etching:

• Apply 37% phosphoric acid (ACTINO GEL) etchant to the enamel for precisely 15 seconds.
• Thoroughly rinse the area and eliminate excess water by gently blotting the surface using an absorbent pellet or high-volume evacuation (HVE) for 1-2 seconds. The preparation should remain visibly moist.

Priming Teeth:

• Dispense 1-2 drops of Fusion Crysta Adhesive Primer into a clean well. Promptly replace the cap to prevent solvent evaporation.
• Apply two separate coats of Fusion Crysta Adhesive Primer, using a micro brush to scrub the preparation for 10-15 seconds per coat.
• Air-dry the area with an air syringe for at least 10 seconds until there is no visible movement of the adhesive. Ensure a uniform glossy appearance on the surface; if not, apply an additional coat of Fusion Crysta Adhesive Primer.
• Light cure the primed area for 20 seconds.

Adhesive Application and Light Curing:

• Utilize the syringe to apply a small amount of adhesive paste onto the bracket base.
• Immediately place the bracket onto the tooth surface.
• Adjust the bracket to its final position, pressing firmly to seat it properly.
• Allow a small amount of excess adhesive around the appliance base to exude without disturbing the bracket.
• Make final adjustments before the adhesive begins to cure.
• Employ a conventional halogen curing light or an LED light to polymerize the entire bonded surface for 20 seconds each from the facial, mesial, and distal directions.
