• Material: High-resistance polymer and LB2 metal base
• Length Options: 23mm, 25mm, and 27mm
• Indication: Distalization of molars, premolars, and canines in Class II malocclusion
• Compatibility: Usable with fixed braces or aligners
• Elastic Coupler: Button-shaped for easy elastic accessory attachment

Preparation:

• Measure the required length using a flexible millimeter ruler
• Position the ruler between the central buccal groove of the first molar and the center of the buccal face of the canine
• Select the appropriate size for each side (23mm, 25mm, or 27mm) based on the distance measured

Installation:

• Clean the bonding surfaces of the teeth where the distalizer will be attached (molar and canine/premolar)
• Attach the polymer base to the canine or maxillary premolar and the metal base to the first or second molar
• Adjust the flexible rod if needed to ensure proper fit and comfort
• Securely bond both ends using dental adhesive to ensure the correct positioning of the device

Operation:

• Apply elastics as needed for optimal treatment progress and to help with distalization
• Ensure the patient understands how to place elastics on the button-shaped couplers for added comfort

Follow-Up:

• Regularly monitor the progress of the distalization during follow-up appointments
• Adjust the distalizer as necessary based on treatment progress

Completion:

• Once the desired molar and canine correction is achieved, carefully remove the device following standard orthodontic removal protocols
