Preparation:
Ensure all tools, including separator pliers, are sterilized
Select the appropriate size of JJ Ortho Elastic Separators for the patient
Patient Positioning:
Seat the patient comfortably in the dental chair with good lighting
Inserting the Separator:
Using Separator Pliers: Stretch the elastic separator with the separator pliers. Carefully insert the stretched separator between the teeth where space needs to be created. Position the separator near the gum line, ensuring it is snugly in place
Using Dental Floss: Stretch the separator with dental floss, threading the floss through the center of the separator. Slide the floss between the teeth, gently moving it back and forth to position the separator. Remove the floss while leaving the separator in place
Checking Placement:
