• Best before 5 years from the date of manufacturing.

• Selection: Choose the appropriate pre-formed wax plate based on the specific requirements of the dental prosthesis being created.
• Heating: Gently warm the wax plate to make it more pliable. This can be done using a wax heater or warm water. The ideal temperature range is 45-55°C to soften the wax without melting it.
• Shaping: Mold and shape the wax plate to fit the dental model. Use dental tools to contour and adjust the wax, ensuring it accurately conforms to the anatomical details of the patient's mouth.
• Application: Apply the shaped wax plate to the dental model or directly to the patient's mouth if required. Ensure it is properly aligned and fits snugly, providing a stable base for further prosthetic work.
• Adjustments: Make any necessary adjustments to the wax to achieve the desired thickness and detail. Reheat and reshape as needed to ensure an accurate fit and alignment.
• Final Trials: Perform trial fittings to ensure the wax plate maintains the correct shape and position under working conditions. Check for any displacement or misalignment and make corrections accordingly.
• Burnout/Dewaxing: Once the final shape and fit are confirmed, proceed with the burnout or dewaxing process. During this stage, the wax will melt out, creating the mold space needed for the final prosthetic material, such as acrylic or metal.
• Completion: Fill the mold space with the chosen prosthetic material to create the final denture or prosthesis. Follow standard dental laboratory procedures for curing and finishing the prosthesis.
• Final Fit and Adjustments: After the prosthesis is completed, perform a final fitting on the patient. Make any last adjustments to ensure comfort, fit, and function.
