Shelf Life and Storage:

• Store at Temp between 10°C to 40°C.
• Best before 60 months under proper storage 

• Preparation: Ensure your work area is clean and well-lit. Gather all necessary tools and equipment including sculpting instruments, heating device, and safety gear.
• Heating: Heat the Maarc Modelling Wax using a suitable heating device according to guidelines. Be cautious not to overheat the wax, as it may become too soft and difficult to work with.
• Moulding: Once the wax reaches the desired temperature and consistency, begin moulding it into the desired shape using sculpting instruments. Take your time to create precise contours and details.
• Modeling: Utilize the softened wax to fabricate crowns, bridges, or other dental restorations with intricate detail. Maintain control over the wax's malleability to achieve optimal results.
• Cooling: Allow the wax to cool and harden naturally or use a cooling device to expedite the process. Ensure sufficient cooling time to prevent distortion or warping of the final model.
• Finishing: Once the wax has cooled and solidified, refine the surface and remove any imperfections using sculpting tools or a smoothing agent if necessary.
• Quality Check: Inspect the completed model for accuracy and precision, making any adjustments as needed before proceeding to the next stage of the dental fabrication process.
• Storage: Store any unused Maarc Modelling Wax in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity and consistency for future use.
