Preparation: Ensure the root canal is properly accessed and cleaned .Remove debris and irrigate with saline or other preliminary solutions if required.

Application: For root canal irrigation, use a syringe with a side-vented needle to deliver the solution gently into the canal.While performing chemo-mechanical preparation, ensure adequate irrigation to remove bacteria and tissue remnant
As a Final Irrigant: After instrumentation, irrigate thoroughly to achieve disinfection before obturation.
During Retreatment Procedures: Use to remove biofilm and disinfect canals effectively.

Apicoectomy: Flush the apical third of the root with the solution before retrograde filling.

Perforations or Resorption Cases: Apply the solution around the perforation or resorption area before sealing.

General Precautions: Avoid forcing the solution into the periapical area.

Follow aseptic techniques throughout the procedure.
