Description
Preparation:Prepare the tooth or teeth according to standard dental procedures, ensuring proper isolation and moisture control.
Shade Selection:Choose the appropriate shade from the 5 universal CLOUD shades that best match the patient's natural tooth color.
Matrix System:If performing an indirect restoration (inlays, onlays, or veneers), use a suitable matrix system for fabrication.
Dispensing:Dispense an appropriate amount of Neo Spectra ST composite onto a disposable mixing pad or into a well.
Mixing (if applicable):If using HV (high-viscosity) and LV (low-viscosity) components, mix them according to the recommended ratio specified by the manufacturer. Thoroughly mix until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Placement:Apply Neo Spectra ST composite into the prepared cavity or onto the indirect restoration using a suitable placement technique.
Adaptation:Use appropriate instruments to adapt the composite to the cavity walls or restoration surface, ensuring proper adaptation and removal of any excess material.
Contouring and Sculpting:Sculpt the composite to achieve the desired anatomical shape and contour using suitable shaping instruments. Take care to create proper occlusal and interproximal contacts.
Curing:Light-cure the Neo Spectra ST composite according to the manufacturer's instructions using a dental curing light with the recommended light intensity and exposure time.
Finishing and Polishing:After curing, perform finishing and polishing procedures to achieve the desired esthetics and smooth surface. Use appropriate finishing and polishing instruments or discs.
Check Occlusion:Verify proper occlusion and make any necessary adjustments.
Post-operative Instructions: Provide the patient with appropriate post-operative instructions for care and maintenance of the restoration.
