Preparation:Clean the patient’s teeth thoroughly to ensure there are no residues that could affect the bonding process.
Dry the teeth completely before proceeding with the application.
Bracket Selection and Identification: Identify the appropriate bracket for each tooth using the laser-marked identification on the mesh base.
Note the color coding by quadrant to ensure correct placement.
Bonding:Apply a thin layer of orthodontic bonding adhesive to the back of the bracket.
Position the bracket onto the tooth surface, ensuring that the torque in the base aligns correctly with the tooth's orientation.
Press firmly to ensure the bracket adheres properly and the mesh base makes full contact with the tooth surface.
Use a curing light to set the adhesive, following the manufacturer’s recommended curing time
Wire Insertion: Once all brackets are securely bonded, insert the archwire into the slots of the brackets.
Secure the wire in place using elastomeric ligatures or other appropriate ligating mechanisms
Hooks and Additional Attachments: Attach hooks to the brackets on cuspids and bicuspids as required for the specific treatment plan.
Ensure that the hooks are positioned correctly for optimal engagement with elastics or other auxiliary devices.
Final Adjustments: Check the placement of each bracket to ensure they are correctly aligned and securely bonded.
