Prevest Reveal

Composition :

• Green F D & C dye
• Propylene Glycol

Storage Conditions :

• Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C.
• Close the cap carefully after use.
• Keep away from moisture.
• Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf Life : 3 Years from the date of manufacturing

• Make conservative cavity access.
• Wash and dry carious dentine.
• Dispense 1 or 2 drops of Reveal in to a dappen dish and apply to the cavity with a brush or cotton pellet.
• Wait for 5 to 10 seconds and rinse with water spray.
• Remove green stained infected dentine.
• Repeat the application until carious dentine is removed and no further dentine staining occurs.

Caution : A low speed rotary instrument should be used for removing the carious dentine since frictional heat generated by the high speed tool can cause pain before all the stained outer carious dentine is removed.

• Dark green color dye provides a strong contrast with both dentine and the pulp
• Stains outer infected dentine only
• Does not stain uninfected (affected) dentine
• Detects caries in difficult to see places
• Propylene glycol based formulation is more accurate than water based formula
